When you come in for the free bankruptcy consultation--  

I'm going to ask you about your property, your debts, and your income.  When you come in
for the free bankruptcy consultation, please bring in your most recent pay stub if you are
employed (if you are married and your spouse is working, please also bring in your spouse's
most recent pay stub).  Also, bring in your most recent Federal tax return.  In addition,
please bring in a list of your debts (listing the name of each creditor and the approximate
amount owed) so that I can see how many creditors you have and approximately how much
debt you owe.

After we discuss the above, I'm going to let you know what I can do to help you out.

You'll be meeting with me (Alan Pressman) personally. I'm a solo practice attorney, so it'll be
me handling your case personally from start to finish.

My law practice is 100% bankruptcy.

I have been actively handling bankruptcy cases on Long Island since 1981.
